All prices are per month and exclude GST, charged at 18%. Plans are set up with you rather than through a card form, so your handsets are paired and your extraction fields are configured before you are charged for a month you cannot use yet.
Add-ons
When you need more of one thing.
Buy a single meter up without moving tier. Hour packs work out dearer per hour than the next plan up, deliberately. If you top up every month then upgrading is cheaper, and we would rather you could see that.

If you go over
A call is never refused.
A recording we decline is gone for good, so running out of something never costs you the call. Only the paid stages are ever skipped, and they can be run later.
- Handsets
- Pairing is refused, with the extra-handset add-on offered.
- Transcription hours
- The call is still recorded, stored, listed and playable. Transcription and analysis are skipped, and the call can be reprocessed after a top-up or the next reset.
- Audio retention
- The recording file is deleted. The transcript, the analysis and every CRM record stay, and the call reads "recording expired".
- Storage
- The oldest audio is evicted. Uploads are never blocked.
